The Great Goblin Hunt

In an “out-of-this-world” celebration of the 70th anniversary of the 1955 Kelly Little Green Men incident, Visit Hopkinsville is excited to announce the inaugural “Great Goblin Hunt,” a week-long scavenger hunt for residents and visitors alike.

Starting Saturday, August 16, teams of two to three people can pick up scavenger hunt packets at the Hopkinsville Visitors Center, located at 1730 E. 9th Street, beginning at 10 a.m. These packets will contain clues that lead participants through Hopkinsville in a quest to locate and photograph decorated alien statues hidden throughout the city.

The hunt will run until 5 p.m. on Friday, August 22. Teams that successfully complete the hunt by tracking down each statue and submitting their photos will be entered into a drawing for a variety of “out-of-this-world” prizes. Late entries will not be accepted.
