HCCPL- Teen Transition Workshop

In collaboration with Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library, Pennyroyal Center will host a weeklong Teen Transition Workshop Aug. 5-9 at the library, 1101 Bethel St. This free program is for ages 16-24.
Aug 5, 2-3 p.m. Credit Party. Discussion on credit, credit cards, loans, what credit is needed for (buying/renting house/car), and credit scores. Refreshments will be served.
Aug. 6, 2-3 p.m. Budget Gaming. Lecture & Game on how to manage money. Refreshments will be served. ***Registration Required*
Aug. 7, 2-3 p.m. How to Apply for College. Discusses financial aid and how to choose & apply for a secondary school. Refreshments will be served.
Aug. 8, 2-3 p.m. How to Build a Resume Workshop. Do’s & Dont’s of resume building and workshopping resumes. Refreshments will be served.
Aug. 9, 4-6 p.m. Movie Night featuring “Hidden Figures.” Refreshments will be served.
