An Oak Grove man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement after a disturbance on Carleigh Jean Lane Friday night.
Oak Grove Police say they were called for a disturbance and found 23-year-old William Watkins running from the home, but he was quickly apprehended in a field.
He had reportedly assaulted his wife and mother by pushing them. Police say the wife had to bite him to get him off of her.
Watkins was arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and two counts of fourth-degree assault.
