Authorities have charged a man in connection with a robbery at a gas station on North Drive in Hopkinsville on Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 48-year-old Datorian Caswell entered the gas station at the intersection of Canton Street, asked about what time alcohol could be sold, then took cases of beer, and when approached, he threatened the clerk.
Police say Caswell fled the area in a vehicle but was located a short time after in possession of the stolen items and was charged with second-degree robbery.
