In November, the Trigg County Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Mingle and Jingle event to highlight local businesses.
The event will be held on Friday, November 21st, and Saturday, November 22nd, and Trigg County businesses are encouraged to participate.
Chamber Board member Beth Sumner said they are compiling a list of businesses interested in hosting events or sales.
The main prize up for grabs that weekend is $250 cash provided by FNB Bank. Many local businesses also offer up other prizes to those who register throughout the event.
Trigg County businesses without physical storefronts can participate in the event by providing materials for distribution in goodie bags.
Businesses interested in being included need to call (270) 522-0259 by November 14th.
Tammy Melton is also a chamber board member and owner of Gigi’s Boutique and Marketplace in Cadiz. Melton first participated in the Mingle and Jingle event during the 2022 holiday season and has found exponential growth since.
