A wreck on Main Street in Cadiz sent a teenager to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say an eastbound vehicle stopped due to a vehicle in front of it turning onto Amber Lane and was hit from behind by a car.
The driver of the car was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for injuries.
