Eric, the son of David Tubbs and Sarah Poindexter Joseph, was born on June 28, 1979, in Christian County, KY.
Eric enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and spending time with his children.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Vining.
He is survived by his wife Courtney Ellebruch; children, Jonathan Dillard, Alexis Davie, Eric Dillard, Jr., Essiah Sentell Dillard, and Ezekiel Sentell Dillard; siblings, Curtis Dillard, Francis Martinez, Valerie Matlock, and Carl (Dawn) Dillard; 6 bonus children, Asjion Catlett, Ja’Mariya Catlett, Heaven Catlett Dillard, Isaiah Catlett, Mariah Settles, and Makhi Settles; and one grandchild.
