A traffic stop and the smell of drugs led to several charges for a Clarksville man on Pembroke Oak Grove Road in Oak Grove Tuesday morning.
Oak Grove Police say they could smell the odor of marijuana from behind a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Roman Holtzclaw, who was also seen driving erratically.
During the traffic stop, Police say he told them he had a few joints, and he was found to have a suspended license.
After a search of the vehicle, 19 hydrocodone pills and marijuana were reportedly found.
Police say after a field sobriety test, Holtzclaw was arrested and charged with prescription controlled substance not in proper container, possession of hydrocodone, possession of marijuana, trafficking opiates, DUI, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and careless driving.
