Joseph Charles Puckett, Sr., 63, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 3:08 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2025 at U.K. Medical Center, Lexington, KY.
Visitation will be 5:00 -8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Cremation will follow. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Fort Lauderdale, FL he was born November 9, 1961 the son of the late Lawrence Arthur Puckett, Sr. and Donna Lee Lawie Puckett. He was known as the “Poolman”. He enjoyed camping, fishing and being at the beach.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter: Jessica Nicole Puckett.
Survivors include his mother: Donna Lee Lawie Puckett of Hopkinsville, KY; and his wife: Annmarie Puckett of Hopkinsville, KY; his sons: Joey (Bonnie) Puckett, Jr. of Newburgh, IN, Christopher (Tiffany) Puckett of Clarksville, TN; and his step-sons: Brandon Puckett and Devin Moore both of Hopkinsville, KY; and his daughter: Becca Puckett of Cumberland City, TN; and his step-daughter: Hailee Brooke Moore Puckett, Jr. of Hopkinsville, KY; and his brothers: Lawrence (Shari) Puckett of Chicago, IL, Marty Puckett of Hopkinsville, KY, and Doug Puckett of Crofton, KY; and his sisters: Teri Greene of Cadiz, KY, and Debra Puckett of Crofton, KY; and his grandchildren: Mckenzie Puckett, Fenton Puckett, Brooklyn Puckett, Addison Wood, Mallorie Puckett, P.J. Wood, Alivia Puckett, Jessica Puckett, Lydia Puckett, Kane Love and Kenyan Love.
