If you will notice the timeline for registration…Practices and games will be starting and ending this season a little earlier but with the same amount of practices and games throughout the season as usual. We have only pushed the dates to an earlier season…
Moving forward, we will have our fall season during this time frame for those to enjoy their fall break and to spend time after the season maintaining our fields for better quality of the fields.
Attached below is our Fall Registration Form ’25
Please feel free to share the form with friends & family. You are also more than welcome to pick up form(s) from our church office.
— Registration forms will not be sent home in paws folders as our registration deadline will end before school begins.
— Registration forms will be made available for pick up at the John L. Street Library.
— You may turn your form(s) back into myself, the church office and/or our soccer mailbox at the church. That is the black mailbox that is a locked drop box used specifically for registrations and located at the front entrance of the church.
—Forms and fees may also be mailed back in to the following mailing address: 482 Lakota Drive.
