A Hopkinsville man was charged with trafficking drugs during a traffic stop on East 9th Street Tuesday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Willie Trawick Jr. for a problem with his rear tail lights, and during the stop, they could smell the odor of marijuana.
After a search, deputies say marijuana, cocaine, a scale, and other drug paraphernalia were located.
Trawick was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana, trafficking cocaine, failure to illuminate head lamps, and rim or frame obscuring lettering or decal on plate.
