A woman was charged with theft after two phones were taken on the Hopkinsville Greenway Rail Trail Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 57-year-old Robin Williamson was seen on camera taking two cell phones and then fleeing the area.
One of the phones was found near the woods, and Williamson was located and charged with theft of property lost, mislaid, or delivered by mistake and tampering with physical evidence.
