A home on Barkers Mill Road was damaged during a storm Sunday afternoon.
Pembroke Fire Department Chief Nick Belair says the home was struck by lightning, causing a large hole in the roof.
No fire was found, and firefighters helped cover the roof.
Pembroke firefighters were assisted by Oak Grove, Honey Grove, and Fairview Fire Departments.
