Peggy Dean Ezell, 81, of Bowling Green, KY passed away on Monday, June 29, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at Christian Health Center in Bowling Green.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Second Baptist Church in Hopkinsville, KY. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations is assisting with arrangements. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour.
A native of Hopkinsville, KY she was born May 25, 1944 the daughter of the late Graham Ezell and Aubrey Wing Ezell. She worked with Christian County School System as a school teacher. She attended Second Baptist Church where she spent three years involved in the Second Baptist Tutoring Program.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister: Mary-Ann Lancaster.
Survivors include her children: Todd Downey and Nancy Downey; and her grandchildren: Jackson Downey and Will Downey.
