Murray-Calloway County Hospital has welcomed Lexie Terrell, DNP-FNP, to the team at Murray Medical Associates.
A Trigg County High School graduate, Terrell earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from Murray State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life.
With prior experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab and most recently in Labor and Delivery, Terrell brings a diverse clinical background to her new role. She is especially passionate about empowering patients through education, helping them make informed decisions and take charge of their health.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys reading, traveling—especially to the beach—and spending time with family and friends.
Terrell joins a dedicated team of healthcare providers at Murray Medical Associates, where she is now accepting new patients.
