A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after he was reportedly found rolling around in grass on Jan Drive Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 51-year-old Edmund Cunningham was found rolling around in the grass, with slurred speech and a blue tongue.
Police say he was unsteady on his feet and, after arriving at the jail, he was found to be in possession of a crystal substance in blue liquid.
Cunningham is charged with possession of meth second offense, public intoxication, and was found to have two warrants for probation violation.
