A small fire damaged a home on Apache Drive in Hopkinsville on Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Battalion Chief Michael Henderson says a small fire in a bedroom damaged the room but was quickly extinguished by firefighters.
The family will be able to stay in the home after the fire, Henderson says, adding that the damage was minor to the bedroom.
Two people were treated by Hopkinsville EMS for possible smoke inhalation but were not taken to the hospital.
