A traffic stop on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Oak Grove led to a stolen vehicle being recovered and two people being charged Wednesday afternoon.

Oak Grove Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Ryliee Bly of Clarksville and found it had been reported stolen in Hopkinsville. During the stop, the passenger, 22-year-old Jackson Pfeiff of Clarksville, claimed they had borrowed the vehicle.

A backpack in the vehicle was reportedly found to have suspected meth, a scale with residue on it, and a glass pipe was also found under the seat with residue in it as well.

They were both arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. Bly was charged with operating on a suspended or revoked license.

Pfeiff was charged with being a fugitive from another state and possession of meth.
