A Hopkinsville man was charged with assault after a fight at Christian County Manor on Richard Street Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 66-year-old Ray Elliott got into a verbal argument and struck the victim with a bicycle pump multiple times.
Police say the person Elliott was arguing with was deaf. Elliott was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
