Blood Drive for Chase!

Monday, May 5th at FCC- First Christian Church

Chase’s medical team has notified us that there is a critical blood shortage in the area. Even more challenging, is that Chase is Type 0 negative. While Type O negative can be used in transfusions for any blood type, however, they can only receive Type 0 negative, which only about 7% of the population has. 

Blood Assurances is going to bring a mobile blood unit to the parking lot of First Christian Church this Monday, May 5th from 12noon to 6pm. A flyer with QR Code will be provided later today for promotion where folks can go online and schedule an appointment.

O Negative are especially being appealed to though. Anyone who donates blood will be entered into a raffle for a Weber Grill. Those who have O negative blood will receive a gift certificate.
