Funeral Services for 84-year-old Eunice Boyd Thomas, of Cadiz, will be 1 PM Monday, April 21, at Goodwin Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Trigg Memory Acres.
Visitation will be from 11 AM until the funeral hour.
Survivors include:
Daughter and son-in-law, Pam & Ralph Metts, Cadiz;
Two grandchildren, Brittney Metts Alvey (Justin), and Preston Metts (Tara Curtis);
Two great-grandchildren, Reagan Petro and McKenna Metts;
Brother, Herschel Boyd (Mona), of Cadiz;
Sister, Dorothy Jones (Sam), of Louisville;
And sister-in-law, Inga Thomas, of Cadiz.
She died at 9:13 PM, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at Shady Lawn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cadiz.
She was born August 3, 1940, in Cadiz, the daughter of the late Thomas Boyd and Nora Broadbent Boyd.
She was the proud owner and operator of the former Yours, Mine and Ours Consignment Shop in Cadiz for more than 20 years.
A longtime member of Maple Grove Baptist Church, she loved to read and enjoyed frequent walks along the trail in Cadiz. Above all, her greatest pleasure was the time spent with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Boyd; her husband, Bobby G. Thomas; her daughter, Darla Thomas; and her son, Timothy Earl Thomas.
