Authorities have released the names of two men killed in a shooting on Arkansas Avenue in Oak Grove Sunday morning.
Oak Grove Police say they were called to Arkansas Avenue and found 27-year-old Gage Gilbert shot in the home when they arrived.
Police say after entering the home they found 35-year-old Michael Johnson was deceased as well.
Both men suffered a single gunshot wound and were pronounced dead at the scene by the Christian County Coroner’s Office
Police say they are still investigating the shooting, but at this time they believe it is a murder and a suicide.
Hopkinsville Police, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, and Hopkinsville EMS assisted Oak Grove Police.
