Kentucky State Police are looking for an inmate that escaped a Paducah facility Saturday morning. According to Kentucky State Police 33-year-old Frankie Higdon of Louisville was found to be missing at 1:17 am from Keaton Correctional Facility.
He is described as a male 5 foot 11 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, black pants and carrying a black backpack, according to police.
Higdon has prior charges of burglary, tampering with physical evidence and fleeing or evading police.
