Mary Ann Hughart Frazier, 73, of Hopkinsville, KY died on Wednesday March 4, 2026, at St Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday March 9, 2026, at Hughart, Beard and Giles funeral home with Father Jegin Puthenpurackal and Rev. Jerry Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Hopkinsville, KY she was born January 26, 1953, the daughter of the late John and Louise Hughart. She was a graduate from Hopkinsville High school and Madisonville Vocational School for health sciences. She was retired nurse for Western State Hospital and several area nursing homes. She was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church in Cadiz, KY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Donald Frazier.
Survivors include her son: Dewayne Christopher Johnson of Hopkinsville, KY and John “Joey” (Melody) Johnson of Hopkinsville KY; her grandson: Jay Daniel Johnson of Hopkinsville, KY her sister: Karen Hughart of Nashville, TN; her brother: Kevin Hughart of Nashville, TN; her sister-in-law: Janie Hughart of Nashville TN and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
