A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary after an investigation into shoplifting at Walmart on Clinic Drive in Hopkinsville on Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 41-year-old Jason Birdsong was seen shoplifting over $44 worth of merchandise and had been previously given a trespass warning for the store.
He was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.
