A Hopkinsville man was arrested last week in Lyon County on a warrant for theft.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White says 31-year-old John Oliver was taken into custody around 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 15, on a Logan Circuit Court indictment warrant for theft by failure to make required disposition of property $10,000 or more and being a persistent felony offender.
Following Oliver’s arrest, he was extradited to Logan County.
