A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor after an investigation on Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were given a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a Google account owned by 61-year-old David Hakes that led to a search warrant for his phone.
The investigation led to Hakes being charged with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
