A home on Trigg Furnace Road in Trigg County was destroyed in a fire Saturday night.
Trigg Lyon Firefighters say they were called for a fire in a wall and found the attic engulfed in flames.
The owner was able to get out of the home uninjured but the home is considered a total loss.
Authorities say some pets are unaccounted for. The home is located near the intersection of Will Jackson Road.
Trigg Lyon Fire Department, Montgomery Fire Department, and East Golden Pond Fire Department were all called to help extinguish the flames. Firefighters were assisted by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office.
