A mentorship program is being credited with turning around outcomes for young men in Hopkinsville and fueling new dreams.
Men2Be celebrated its fifth anniversary Friday night, with music, praise, and a look at its accomplishments.
As part of the celebration, the young men were invited to write down their dreams and place them in a dream chest. They were then handed a key to symbolize that only they can unlock their potential. The start of those dreams is laying a good foundation.

Christian County Public Schools Director of Community Schools Nicole Poindexter says the mentorship program is doing just that, making an impact on attendance and discipline.
