An Oak Grove man was charged after a fight over vaping led to a gun being pulled on Jumpers Pass Tuesday afternoon.
Oak Grove Police say they went to the home for a disturbance and found 26-year-old Dominic Rodriguez, who admitted to drinking and punching a wall during a fight with a woman.
After talking with her, police say she claimed he shoved her and pointed a gun at someone over her vaping.
Rodriguez was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault.
