The decorations will be hung and the jolly old elf will be making a stop at Jeffers Bend Environmental Center in Hopkinsville to celebrate Christmas At The Bend.
Event coordinators Diane and Charles Turner say several events are planned for Saturday, December 6th from 11 until 1, with Diane detailing the activities that families can participate in.
Diane says photos can be taken with Santa Claus.
Charles Turner says although children make several Christmas cards each year, this year they are hoping to make more than ever before.
Diane says Christmas At The Bend would not be possible without the sponsors and volunteers.
Charles Turner says they work hard to keep Christmas At The Bend affordable for families with admission $5 for a car and $10 for a bus, with active duty military and first responders admitted free.
Jeffers Bend Environmental Center is located on Metcalfe Lane off North Main Street in Hopkinsville.
