A home on Banton Road in Christian County was damaged in a fire Sunday night.
Highland firefighters say the fire originated around a fireplace in the basement, but it caused extensive smoke damage to the rest of the home.
Everyone was able to exit the home uninjured, but the family will be temporarily displaced due to the damage.
Firefighters from Fairview and Honey Grove were all called to help in extinguishing the flames.
