A Cadiz man was charged after he reportedly damaged a truck during an incident on Everlasting Spring Road in Trigg County on Wednesday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called for a disturbance and found that 61-year-old Michael Latham had moved a broken-down truck with a tractor, causing damage to the truck and oil to leak from it.
Latham reportedly told the owner of the truck to move it, and when he would not, Latham moved it with a tractor.
Latham was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
