
A traffic stop on North Drive in Hopkinsville led to a Cadiz man being charged with DUI fourth or more on Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Fredrick Kale after he was seen crossing the center line and traveling head-on towards other vehicles.
He reportedly had glossy eyes and could not maintain his balance. Police say after a field sobriety test, he was arrested and charged with DUI fourth or more, driving on a DUI-suspended license, no insurance, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and careless driving.
