
A man was charged with DUI after a wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard at Skyline Drive on Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say at 7:17 pm, they were called for 33-year-old Shawn Blaine, who was passed out in a vehicle on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
Law enforcement reportedly had to break a window out of the car to get Blaine to wake up, then he pushed the gas, causing his vehicle to collide with a concrete wall at Burger King.
Police say 10 bottles of alcohol were found in the vehicle.
Blaine was arrested and charged with DUI fourth or more, reckless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited, and five counts of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer.
