It all began in 1995, when longtime Kiwanis member Willie Renshaw helped bring the national Warm the Children project to Hopkinsville. The program set out to make sure every child in need had warm clothes for winter.
Three decades later, the tradition continues—now bearing his name: The Willie Renshaw Warm the Children Program.
