Douglas E. Kelley Sr. 71 born June 22, 1954, in Easton, Maryland, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was from Cadiz.
He is survived by:
His wife of 42 years: JoAnn Kelley;
Three daughters: Karyn Elkington, Delmar, Delaware, Jennifer Kelley, Nashville, Tennessee, Carrie Hackney and husband Matthew, Owensboro;
Two sons: Daniel Kelley and wife Violet, Cadiz, Douglas Kelley ll and wife Hannah, Cadiz;
Grandchildren: Damien Elliot, Nicholas Kelley, Carmen Boyd, Caroline Kelley, Brooks Douglas Kelley, Callie Hackney.
He was preceded in death by his parents: William Lucas and Helen Kelley.
Brothers: Thomas Wayne Kelley, William Glen Kelley.
A Memorial service will be held Sat. Nov. 15,2025 2:30 at 3415 Buckland Square Owensboro Ky.
