Authorities in Oak Grove are reminding everyone on Wednesday morning that it is against the law to pass a school bus that is loading or unloading children.
Oak Grove Police say it is a misdemeanor and is elevated to a class A misdemeanor for a second offense of passing a school bus while it’s loading or unloading children.
Police say they will be out enforcing this law and remind drivers that it is hazardous and they will be cited.
