Law enforcement is asking for the community to avoid the area of Buckley Avenue as they deal with a barricaded subject on Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say at the 700 block of Buckley Avenue, they are dealing with a barricaded subject due to a mental health crisis who is threatening to harm himself.
The department’s SWAT Team and crisis negotiators are on scene and working to peacefully resolve the situation.
