The Trigg County Chamber of Commerce is hosting the annual costume contest as a part of the festivities for this year’s Cadiz Halloween event on Friday afternoon.
Chamber Board Member Beth Sumner said they are excited for this year’s event.
She added that Gigi’s Boutique and Marketplace will serve as the main event sponsor, with several prizes for each category sponsored by other local businesses.
The contests will also include a friends and family category sponsored by Bee Happy Coffee. They will all start at 5:00 PM on Friday at the WKDZ Renaissance Stage.
Trick-or-treating will take over Main Street in Cadiz from Brown Street to the stoplight from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Friday.
