A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after he was seen acting odd and jumping around on North Drive in Hopkinsville Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they got out with 30-year-old Jordan Hill due to him jumping around and yelling while walking around in the area of West 7th Street and North Drive.
He was reportedly found to have a bag of suspected meth in his shoe. Hill was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of meth third or more offenses.
