A teenager was flown to the hospital after falling off a vehicle in Cadiz on Friday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say at 3:09 pm, a 17-year-old fell off a moving vehicle in the Trigg County High School parking lot, leading to a head injury.
The teenager reportedly lost consciousness and was taken to a waiting helicopter that transferred him to a Nashville hospital.
Police say charges are pending at this time.
