A traffic stop on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville led to a short foot pursuit Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle for failing to yield the right-of-way to another vehicle and a juvenile passenger in the vehicle fled on foot.
The juvenile reportedly dropped a gun during the foot pursuit but was quickly apprehended along with the firearm.
A full list of the teenagers’ charges has not been released.
