Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 49-year-old Jessie Williams after he failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign.

During the stop, he reportedly removed a bag of meth from his pocket. Williams was arrested and charged with possession of meth third or more offenses and disregarding a stop sign. His passenger, 30-year-old Natalie Williams, was also arrested and charged with possession of meth.
