A Hopkinsville man was charged with drug possession on Lafayette Street in Cadiz Saturday morning.
Cadiz Police say they were called for a disturbance and found a woman who wanted 37-year-old Joshua Rogers, who had been sleeping outside, to leave.
He was located and found to have a warrant for failure to appear out of Christian County and a needle with an unknown substance inside it.
Rogers was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
