A Hopkinsville man was charged with sexual abuse on Wednesday afternoon after an investigation on Means Avenue in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville Police say the man rubbed against a 7-year-old child for sexual gratification, touched the child, pulled the child’s pants down, and took a video with his phone.
The man was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, third-degree sexual abuse, and use of a minor in a sexual performance.
