A Hopkinsville woman was charged after she didn’t report her two children missing on Westwood Drive on Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 49-year-old Francia O’Conner told law enforcement her 11-year-old and 13-year-old children left the house on August 31st and returned on Wednesday.
Police say she stated she did not report the children missing and does not care anymore.
She is charged with two counts of abused or neglected children.
