A Cadiz woman was charged with drug possession and arrested on a warrant at her home on Princeton Road in Trigg County Friday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say 54-year-old Melissa Dailey called, claiming someone was on her property, but law enforcement never located anyone.
While talking with Dailey, deputies say she appeared to be on some kind of substance and gave consent to search the home.
A glass smoking pipe with crystal substance, three THC smoking pens, two digital scales, pills, marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia were reportedly found.
Dailey was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense, illegal possession of a legend drug, failure to notify address change to the Department of Transportation, and possession of marijuana.
