Darren Keith Shelton, 54, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 5, 2025 at Lamb Funeral Home with Buddy Weatherford officiating. Burial will follow in Fruit Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, KY, he was born November 26, 1970, the son of Russell Shelton and the late Deborah (Rager) Shelton.
Darren was a brick layer and a member of West Union Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son, Darren Keith “DJ” (Shayna) Shelton, Christian County, KY; his father, Russell Shelton, Christian County, KY; his significant other, Brandy Morgan, Christian County, KY; his grandchildren, Darren Keith Shelton III, Mason Elwood Shelton, and Madison Kay Shelton.
