A wreck on Interstate 169 in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a truck driven by Lisa Denton was northbound when it ran off the road and into the median causing the truck to overturn coming to a stop on its side.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers says Denton was cut from the truck and taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health then flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for possible head, chest, and back injuries.
Deputies say before the crash Denton was involved in a road rage incident that is being investigated.
